In terms of Section 14 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, No 20 of 2000, the Motheo District Municipality is obliged to keep an applicable Promotion of Access to Information Manual, for public information. For this purpose this Manual is available herewith in English, Sesotho and Afrikaans ( click your preference ).
